Law School Welcomes New Chaplain

February 6, 2017

St. John's Law is pleased to introduce our new chaplain, the Rev. John W. Gouldrick, C.M.

Fr. Gouldrick comes to the Law School most recently from St. John’s Seminary in California, where he was a faculty member and the director of formation. He is a graduate of Mary Immaculate Seminary and Niagara University—and was a faculty member at both institutions—and earned his doctorate in theology from Catholic University.

Fr. Gouldrick has held a number of administrative positions at Niagara and in the Vincentian Community, including serving in Rome as the Treasurer General of the Congregation of the Mission from 2006 through 2011. He also spent 22 years as a member of the Board of Trustees at St. John’s University (1991-2003 and 2005-2015).

Please join us in giving Fr. Gouldrick a warm welcome home to St. John's. His office is on the first floor of the Law School, next door to the Writing Center.
