Ingredients
- 2 tbsp room temp. cream cheese
- 1 can artichokes, rinsed and chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
- Sourdough bread
Instructions
- Heat broiler. Combine cream cheese, artichokes, baby spinach, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
- Lightly toast bread, then spread mixture over. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes.
