To prepare you transition to studies here at St. John’s, we hold a special Orientation designed just for you.

Register for Transfer Sessions New Student Guide Checklist

This spring, before you arrive  on campus, you will complete Online Orientation Modules that will help familiarize you with campus resources and introduce you to student life. Next, you will join us on-campus for your Orientation Connection Day, where you will learn how to find your way around campus, receive your StormCard (University ID), and have a chance to meet fellow transfer students and current student leaders who will welcome you as a new member of our community. This is  an opportunity to establish relationships with your academic advisors, and many University departments. Registration for Orientation Connection Days will be available for students who have accepted their admission and will be announced via email soon. Please note that to register for Orientation, you must  pay your deposit. View the New Student Guide Checklist for the deposit deadline and other important information.

  1. Log into student portal. 
  2. Click Events in the top right corner.
  3. Choose "Transfer" orientation session day from the calendar on the left.
