To support your transition into student life at St. John’s, we have created a special Orientation program just for you.

Register for Orientation New Student Guide Checklist

This summer, before you arrive on campus, you will complete Online Orientation Modules that will help familiarize you with campus resources and introduce you to student life. 

Next, you will join us on-campus for your Orientation Session Day, where you will learn how to find your way around campus, receive your StormCard (University ID card), and have a chance to meet fellow transfer students and current student leaders who will welcome you as a new member of our community. This is an opportunity to establish relationships with your academic advisors, deans, faculty and, a wide range of University departments. 

Registration for Orientation Session Days will be available for students who have accepted their admission and will be announced via email soon. Please note that to register for Orientation, you must pay your deposit. View the New Student Guide Checklist for the deposit deadline and other important information.

  1. Log into student portal. 
  2. Click Events in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Transfer orientation session day from the calendar on the left.
