St. John’s University’s 29th annual Winter Carnival on December 6, which featured a Christmas tree lighting and fireworks provided by Grucci, wrapped a weeklong celebration both on and off the Queens, NY, campus.

That same evening, the Chamber Music Society held its annual concert in St. Thomas More Church. Immediately following the fireworks show, guests enjoyed fresh baked desserts and holiday fellowship.  

During the week, students earned a well-deserved break from studying for final exams with festive activities that included a trip to Radio City Music Hall to see the world-famous Rockettes; a holiday dinner hosted by Haraya; and a night of cookie decorating while dancing to top 40 dance/hip hop, 90s throwbacks, and seasonal hits.
