The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University is now registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as sponsor of continuing professional education.

This designation, awarded after an extensive application process, means that the University will be able to award CPE credit for those customized classes and training sessions that meet the requirements of the NASBA for CPE.

"Your status as a registered sponsor affirms your commitment to the delivery of high quality continuing professional education in compliance with the Statement of Standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs (revised August 2016) and the program requirements of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors,” NASBA noted.

“We are proud of this recognition by NASBA and look forward to serving the development, education and training needs of our client and future clients,” said Norean R. Sharpe, Ph.D., Dean of The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
