St. John’s University Recognized in the 2015 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll

The President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll has once again recognized St. John’s University, “with distinction” for its continued commitment to community service. 

The 2015 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll acknowledges institutions of higher education for their outstanding commitment and support in community service programs and effective practices in campus community partnerships.   

St. John’s has been acknowledged by the 2015 President’s Honor Roll for its efforts in the following categories: General Community Service Honor Roll with Distinction; Economic Opportunity Community Service Honor Roll; Education Honor Roll.

The Corporation for National and Community Service has administered the award since 2006 in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as the American Council on Education, Campus Compact, and the Interfaith Youth Core.
