New TCB Faculty Member: Timothy Keiningham

New York Times best-selling co-author of The Wallet Allocation Rule, Timothy Keiningham, has been brought on board the Tobin College of Business as the J. Donald Kennedy Endowed Chair in E-Commerce and Associate Professor. 

His research in the field of service management has garnered many awards including: 

  • Marketing Science Institute/H. Paul Root Award from the Journal of Marketing for the “most significant contribution to the advancement of the practice of Marketing"Next Gen Disruptive Innovation in Market Research Award;
  • Citations of Excellence Award “Top 50” Award (top 50 management papers from approximately 20,000 papers reviewed that year) from Emerald Management Review;
  • Robert Johnston Outstanding Paper Award from the Journal of Service Management; and 
  • Outstanding Paper Award from the Journal of Service Theory and Practice.
