- Recognizing Years of Service
St. John’s University is grateful for its employees’ commitment and dedication. Earlier this year, the Office of Human Resources announced a new Years of Service program to recognize faculty, administrators, and staff who celebrate five-year milestones at the University.
Five, 10, 15, 20, 30, 35, 45, 55, and 65 years of service are recognized with a personal letter from Rev. Brian J. Shanley, O.P., President; a Years of Service certificate; and a memento gift. Twenty-five, 40, 50, and 60 years of service continue to be recognized annually at the Employee Recognition Convocation on the Queens, NY, campus.
Employees are being recognized each quarter based on employment anniversary date. Third quarter recipients (July 1–Sept. 30) have received their gifts and were added to the list of employees who celebrated a milestone in 2023. We thank each of you with deep appreciation for your dedicated service to the University.
