Upcoming Information Sessions: Learn more about the NEW Future Catholic Teacher Scholarship!

The School of Education is pleased to announce the Future Catholic Teacher Scholarship, which is designed to support undergraduate students who are committed to pursuing a teaching career in the Diocese of Brooklyn, NY.

Scholarship Details:

• Provides a $10,000 scholarship ($2,500 per year) for four years of undergraduate study.
• Available exclusively to undergraduate students planning to teach in the Diocese of Brooklyn.
• Requires enrollment in a teacher preparation program at St. John’s University.
• A limited number of scholarships are available.
• Can be combined with other financial aid awards and Catholic Scholars program funding.

To provide more information and answer any questions, the School will host two virtual information sessions for high school students and their families:

• Monday, April 7, at 4 p.m.
• Monday, April 14, at 4 p.m.
