Tonight’s Christmas Tree Lighting and Fireworks

Tonight we celebrate the 31st Annual Winter Carnival Grand Finale. The Winter Carnival Christmas tree lighting and spectacular Fireworks by Grucci show, hosted by Student Government, Inc., begins at 8 p.m. on the Great Lawn.

This annual celebration captures the spirit of St. John’s University’s rich heritage and tradition during this blessed and holy season. We hope you will join us.

The Division of Student Affairs thanks you in advance for adjusting to any inconvenience that the noise from the fireworks display may cause. It is expected to last approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
