Current Projects: Innovative therapies aimed to prevent cardiovascular events in patients with Type 2 Diabetes; New drugs in Diabetes treatment
Volunteers needed for: Screening, Patient Recruitment, Study Implementation, Data Management, Statistical Analysis
Qualifications:
- High School Seniors/College Students or graduates, foreign graduates (non-licensed)
- Good organizational and communications skills (written and oral)
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions
Objective: To assist Investigators with various aspects of the research protocol, that may include:
- Data collection
- Data entry
- Statistical analysis
- Subject identification in preparation for PI recruitment
- Regulatory management
- Specimen processing
- Participates in regular department research meetings
- Reports on status of research activities
- Performs additional functions incidental to research activities
