Office of Grants and Sponsored Research Update

The Office of Grants and Sponsored Research (OGSR) now operates with new expertise and energy. It is fully staffed and engaged in new grant submissions and post awards. The OGSR team is committed to supporting St. John’s faculty who respond to new or continuing funding.

The office is led by Elenora Levin, M.B.A., CRA, the new Director of Grants and Sponsored Research. She has spent more than 15 years managing grant portfolios at organizations including Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Weill Cornell Medicine, and our own St. John’s University. Ms. Levin has tremendous energy and enthusiasm, and an ability to inspire others to optimize performance. She is thrilled to be back at St. John’s University.

She and her team strive to increase the number, as well as the diversity, of submitted grants. The OGSR strives to increase effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring high quality and exceptional customer services and training.
