Nominate an Outstanding Student

The University community is invited annually to assist the Student Achievement Awards Selection Committee by nominating potential candidates for the Outstanding Student Achievement Award via this nomination form. The form is open until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 17.

The award will be presented at the undergraduate Commencement Ceremony on Sunday, May 21. The Outstanding Student Achievement Award is conferred upon a graduating senior who

• Makes an outstanding contribution to the extracurricular and/or cocurricular life of the University;
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, evidenced by a significant leadership role in extracurricular and/or cocurricular activities; and
• Maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative index.
