The Faculty Research Consortium (FRC) of the Office of University Mission invites all full-time faculty at St. John’s University to apply for one of the following mission-driven, community-based, outcomes/applied research grants:
Richard and Camille Sinatra Endowment Grant: Junior Faculty Grant Opportunity
- Eligibility: Full-time junior (tenure-track) faculty at St. John’s University
- Purpose: This grant is intended to support junior faculty who have developed a community partner collaboration and who now seek to evaluate an intervention/program designed to make changes in the community and address a clearly articulated research question.
- Funding: $2,500 per grant for the grant cycle that runs from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025
- Application Deadline: February 23, 2024

Faculty Research Consortium Grant: Tenured Faculty Grant Opportunity
- Eligibility: Full-time tenured faculty at St. John’s University
- Purpose: This grant is intended to support tenured faculty who have developed a community partner collaboration and who now seek to evaluate an intervention/program designed to make changes in the community and address a clearly articulated research question.
- Funding: $5,000 per grant for the grant cycle that runs from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025
- Application Deadline: February 23, 2024
