- Mental Health Awareness Month–Mental Health Matters
Dear Colleagues,
As Mental Health Awareness Month draws to a close, it is important to remember that it takes time to work on your mental health and find tools that help you thrive. Change won’t happen overnight. Instead, by focusing on small changes, you can move through the stressors of the past year and develop long-term strategies to support yourself on an ongoing basis.
The mental health resources we provided throughout this month will remain on our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) webpage to highlight the importance of emotional well-being, validate the challenges of the past year, and offer tools for resiliency that will hopefully take us to brighter days. Cultivate resilience and wisdom through Mindful Meditation, or utilize the Mental Health and Self-Care Tools and Resources. In addition, register for the third and final free webinar of the month:
Mental Health Matters
Tuesday, May 25, from 1 to 2 p.m.
The EAP offers you and your family free, confidential, 24/7 access to in-the-moment support and referrals to professional counseling for any issue; call 800-833-8707 or visit www.myccaonline.com (company code: stjohns).
