Megan Murphy, Collins College of Professional Studies Graduate gets Promoted to Associate Producer ESPN Next!

Megan Murphy finished her studies at the Collins College of Professional Studies as a Journalism major in December 2015. By February 2016, she was hired as a Production Assistant at ESPN. She’s worked on several high profile shows for the all sports network including SportsCenter and NFL Countdown. She’s now assigned to NFL Live after being promoted to Associate Producer. She’s edited numerous highlights seen on air and perhaps you also watched the profile that she pitched to her producers on Dallas Cowboy Leighton Vander Esch. His life story was turned into a package by reporter Jeff Darlington. She hopes to visit St. John’s in the coming months to spread the word about ESPN Next, the company’s leadership development program aimed at finding worthwhile candidates like Megan for its Production Assistant workforce.
