The Hospitality Management student chapters of NYU, Penn State and St. John's University will co-host the inaugural HSMAI Greater NY Virtual Global Intercollegiate Spring Conference April 5-8, 2021

The Hospitality Management student chapters of NYU, Penn State and St. John's University will co-host the inaugural HSMAI Greater NY Virtual Global Intercollegiate Spring Conference April 5-8, 2021. 

This inaugural Virtual Global Conference includes great keynote speakers including Art Adler (President, Adler Hotel Advisors, LLC Former Chairman, CEO - Jones Lang LaSalle), and Audrey Hendley (President, American Express Travel). There will be several networking opportunities and panels on career planning, personal branding, and industry trends. 

Professor April Merenda, SJU Faculty Representative to HSMAI Greater NY said "This has been a very difficult time for our students; especially those living abroad and unable  to secure a visa to return for classes this semester. Coordinating a virtual global Intercollegiate conference structured around student development was necessary and happy I could be part of the planning committee." 

Student registration for the conference begins this coming Monday, March 22nd. The conference is open to students who are majoring or minoring in Hospitality Management or Business Administration as well as undeclared majors. Please reach out to April Merenda at [email protected] if you would like to attend and she will provide you with a code to register.
