Dr. Brian Harte, Associate Dean of External Affairs and Graduate Studies for the Collins College of Professional Studies (CCPS) was awarded the 2022 TLS Innovative Design Award in the Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship Section for recognition of his outstanding and innovative pedagogical methods in criminal justice by the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
Harte was granted this award through recommendations from his colleagues, highlighting his creative and effective teaching strategies. Harte’s ability to engage his students and accomplish active learning, impressed the award’s committee.
The TLS annual award winners will be announced and honored at the TLS reception at the ACJS meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, March 18, 2022.
