Global Business Research Symposium
The Global Business Research Symposium (GBRS or Symposium) was originally founded as the Financial Services Institute [FSI] at the Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University in New York in 1995. In 2006, FSI Directors Don Pitti and Igor Tomic extended the activities of the Institute and formed an international symposium that met annually. As the Symposium addresses issues in all business sciences, in 2013 the Board of Directors changed the name from FSI to the Global Business Research Symposium.
