The Master of Science in Global Management and Leadership (MS GML) provides students with essential skills for managing global organizations, utilizing modern approaches to management and leadership by drawing on sustainable approaches, inclusiveness and people-orientation.
Designed to prepare learners for the dynamic, interconnected world of global business, this program focuses on developing the next generation of leaders who are adept at understanding global trends and local markets, making effective and sustainable strategic decisions, and lead a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

For those seeking an immersive international experience, the MS GML provides opportunities for study abroad through a global destination course, which includes a week-long study trip overseas, or through internships at leading multinational corporations.

Admission
Application Requirements
All applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or the international equivalent before enrollment at the graduate level. In addition to the application form and non-refundable application fee, candidates should submit the following:
- Statement of professional goals and resume, which can be uploaded as part of the application for admission.
- Official transcripts from all undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools attended.
- One letter of recommendation, obtained from a professional or academic references.
- Official TOEFL, IELTS, PTE or Duolingo scores are required for applicants whose native language is not English.
- Students with international credits must submit a course-by-course foreign credit evaluation with GPA calculation from a NACES member.
Applicants to The Tobin College of Business Graduate programs will automatically be considered for GMAT/GRE waivers. Submitting a GMAT/GRE score may strengthen applications with a GPA below 3.25. The Admission Committee reserves the right to request scores on a case-by-case basis.
