I chose to come to St. John's University (from Ireland), primarily on a soccer scholarship. Once I arrived here, with each passing day, I soon realized what St. John's had to offer, and this is why I stayed.
I chose to come to St. John's University (from Ireland), primarily on a soccer scholarship. Once I arrived here, with each passing day, I soon realized what St. John’s had to offer, and this is why I stayed. For me, I equate the St. John’s experience to a family dynamic. Despite its diversity, I feel very much at home and connected to the students and staff. It is the diversity that makes St. John’s unique. The sense of community and generosity is evident throughout the campus, especially in the educational field.
