Earn Your Master’s in As Little As One Year
When attending full time, you may be able to earn your M.S. degree in as little as one year. During this time, our Cyber and Information Security program prepares you with the skills and certifications you need to become data security analysts, information security analysts, and information technology security architects.

*Scholarships range from $3,000 to $9,000 for full-time students and are awarded based on academic ability, School/College, and program of study

The University-wide Cybersecurity Center of Academic Excellence guides current and future students, fostering collaboration within the cybersecurity community. You can also find hands-on learning opportunities at the Sanford Family Cyber Security Lab, where you can put your cybersecurity skills into practice. Engage in intrusion detection, vulnerability mitigation, network defense, incident response, and forensic analysis, all supported by state-of-the-art 2D and 3D cameras. This unique lab experience is further enhanced by live rebroadcasts, creating a dynamic and immersive learning environment.

You gain unique perspectives from certified information systems security officers, chief information officers, and directors of top organizations.
Admission Made Accessible
In addition to the application form and non-refundable application fee, candidates should submit the following:
- Statement of professional goals and resume, which can be uploaded as part of the application for admission
- Official transcripts from all undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools attended.
- One letter of recommendation, obtained from a professional or academic references.
- Official TOEFL, IELTS, PTE or Duolingo scores are required for applicants whose native language is not English.
- Students with international credits must submit a course-by-course foreign credit evaluation with a grade point average calculation from a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) member organization.
