Board of Advisors

The current Board of Directors was appointed by a committee.
The duties of the Board are to direct and maintain the business of the Institute; to establish short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the Institute in consort with its stated goals and objectives; to regularly evaluate the successfulness of the Institute in achieving its goals and to make strategic directives when and where necessary to achieve them; to regularly reevaluate the mission of the Institute in light of changing times; to monitor and ensure the execution of its directives; to appoint and maintain a Board of Advisors and any special-purpose committee when and where necessary for any purpose coincident with the stated mission of the Institute and its strategic goals and objectives; and to appoint responsible officers and administrative personnel to adequately tend to administrative affairs of the Institute.
