Nelson Tebbe joined the faculty as Assistant Professor of Law in
June of 2005. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he
served as a Symposium Editor of the Yale Law Journal. After
law school, he clerked for the Hon. John M. Walker, Jr. on the
United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before
joining the faculty, he worked at the ACLU, at Davis, Polk &
Wardwell, and at NYU School of Law. In 2006, he earned a
Ph.D. with distinction from the University of Chicago Divinity
School. Professor Tebbe is writing about rights of religion
and culture.

& Religion.
