Issues Affecting America: Responsible Citizenship Fall 2008

What does it meant to be Latin in America? Research states that in less than 42 years (circa 2050) Latinos will be the most populous – yet most likely underrepresented – population in America. Come engage in an effective conversation about the issues the Latino community will face and what schema can be designed and implemented today that will assure in the future fair representation of this heavily populated group in the areas of politics, education, healthcare and the labor market.

The panel will also address concerns relating to Immigration, Poverty, Traditions and Cultures.
