St. John’s and the American Cancer Society held a Relay for Life
walkathon on Friday, April 13 at the University’s Queens Campus
attended by more than 1,000 participants in Carnesecca Arena. The
event, honoring cancer survivors and those who have lost their
battle with the deadly disease, was an emotion filled night of
courage and personal triumph.
